The restaurant Skaalder had in mind turned out to be a place called "Olaf's Seaside Tavern and Grill," located near New Fjordsmouth's port.  The interior was dimly lit, with most of the light sources being located around tables and booths.  The walls were adorned with a mix of old-fashioned sailing gear and replicas of ancient Norther weapons and battle gear.  It's proprietor was a Norther who unsurprisingly went by "Old Olaf."  He had a large, fit build that betrayed the fact he was over seventy years old, and a head full of long braided brown hair with a mighty

"Garrek Skaalder?" Nicole Strackman asked in disbelief as she looked at the humanoid machine that now stood before her.  "Is that really you?"

"The one and only," the machine confirmed with a nod.

"But...  How?" Nicole stammered, unable to put her thoughts to speech.  "I mean, it's the year 47-something.  You should be dead by now."

"As should you," Skaalder replied.  "But yet here you are standing in front of me, not looking a day older than you did the last time I saw you over two thousand years ago."
