Time for another picture done while I've been at work! Remember? I had a few of these a while back that were done on little pieces of paper were from a little pad I could stick in my pocket and take with me. Well, I had a couple eight-hour shifts running the U-Scan over the weekend, so I decided to try to do some drawing of some sort if I could. So here's what came out of it...

This is a picture of a Black Hand soldier walking next to a Behemoth tank. The people here who are also on EW probably have a pretty good idea of what this is, but for those of you who don't visit that site... Here's a little explanation...

In the world of Jak, the Black Hand is an elite private military corporation that operates all over the globe. If you aren't familiar with what PMCs are... they're military organizations that do mercenary work for whoever hires them. As opposed to a regular standing army, such as the Krimzon Guard, which operates solely for the leaders of a nation or such. The Black Hand was formed over 150 years before the events that transpired in Jak II, and the organization's founder, known only as Grand Master General Kronos, still heads the group to this day.

In the field, Black Hand soldiers are easily identifiable by their distinctive combat armor, which is mostly solid black in color. The organization also has many exclusive technologies which are internally developed. One of these technologies are the massive Behemoth class tanks. True to its name, the Behemoth is huge. The Behemoth is heavily armed, heavily armored, and even just one of these armored monsters is a serious force to be reckoned with. Behemoths are large enough that they can actually run over other vehicles, including other tanks that are smaller than them.

So, ever since I came up with the idea for the Behemoths, I've been trying to emphasize just how big these things actually are. As you can see, they are huge. The Black Hand trooper next to the tank is barely taller than the top of the tread line! These. Things. Are. BIG!

The Behemoth featured here is a Mark II., the model in service during the time the Jak games take place.
